- Skin Biopsies: a patient has a very small sample of skin removed, processed, and studied.

- Fiber Optic Rhinolaryngoscopy: this procedure is used to check a patient’s nasal cavity, evaluating them for obstructions, sinusitis, polyps, symptoms of rhinitis, and more.
- Spirometry: patients have their lung function evaluated by blowing forcefully into a mouthpiece several times.
- Drug Challenge Test: also known as a graded drug challenge, a patient is given gradually increasing doses of a medication under the care of a doctor to check for allergic reactions.
