Allergy Asthma Sinus COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Safety Protocol 


In an effort to keep our patients & staff safe, we will be screening visitors, new patients, existing patients & shot patients.  Based on recent CDC  recommendations, every person (>2 yrs of age) who enters our clinic will be required to wear a mask. 


If masks are not available, bandanas, scarves, and other cloth materials may be used instead.

We are dedicated in the care and safety of our patients.  

Please limit the number of visitors coming to our clinics.

  • Limit one guardian per child. 

  • No siblings of child patients

  • We understand that schools are closed, but we kindly ask that adult patients refrain from bringing children.

  • In an effort to keep our patients & staff safe, we will take temperatures and screen all patients who enter our clinics, as well as visitors. It is very important that you answer the questions completely and follow given instructions. Even mild respiratory symptoms for one could cause significant health problems for our older patients or those with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

  • At this time for safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate patients or visitors who do not accept the flu shot.

Allergy Asthma Sinus Allergy Immunotherapy (Shot) Protocols

Please read before booking your shot:

  • Out of an abundance of cation for the safety of patients and staff, we have taken measures to ensure safety with your shots. Face covering required. 

  • We are unable to accomodate walk-ins.

All allergy injections including biologic drugs must be scheduled online.

We can not schedule shots over the telephone. 

  • Shots book up quickly and if you miss your time, you will have to go back online and reschedule the allergy shot.

  • For your safety, the staff and the patient after you, we can not give you your shot if you are late. Your spot will be marked as open, and then you can re-book your shot online. We apologize in advance. There will be no exceptions.

  • To provide social distancing you will first be given a pair of gloves, and a unique numbered spot and will wait there safely until your injection is ready and your wait time is complete.

  • You may only book one injection visit at a time. Once you are checked in for your shot, the calendar will open up again and you will be free to book your next shot. You may modify or cancel your booking at any time you like.
